  • KYC Usage Scenario:

    • This applies only when your account has been suspended or banned due to suspected violations.
    • If you believe this is a false positive, you may voluntarily submit KYC materials to appeal.
    • Upon passing KYC verification, you will be granted a one-time exemption to restore your account.
    • This is a user right, not an obligation.

  • KYC Material Requirements (Only for Appeals): To effectively verify your identity and prevent abuse, if you choose to appeal via KYC, we require one of the following:

    • Government-issued ID: Passport, National ID Card, Driver's License, or other official identification documents.
    • Clarity: The photo must be clear and complete, showing your name, photo, ID number, and all visible information.
    • No Redaction: You must not obscure, redact, or alter any information on the document.

  • KYC Information Handling:

    • KYC documents are used solely for appeal verification and will not be used for any other purpose.
    • Documents are stored on our servers and are never shared with any third parties.
    • Deletion: Whether verification succeeds or fails, files will be permanently deleted within 7 business days.
    • You may request the immediate deletion of your KYC files at any time.

  • Important Warning:

    • Each individual or organization may only use one unique KYC document.
    • If multiple accounts submit the same KYC materials, all related accounts may be suspended. This is to prevent the abuse of the KYC exemption mechanism to circumvent the "one person, one account" rule.
